Indiana is currently in the midst of a fight over school vouchers. Both sides will have some new ammo.

Although many students in Ohio who used vouchers actually had drops in performance, the school climate overall may have benefited from a more competitive atmosphere, according to a study by the Fordham Institute.

There doesn’t seem to be a consensus on the effectiveness of vouchers; however, research is ongoing, and the educational community has plenty of theories.
