The Indiana Department of Education highlighted twenty “Promising Practices” last week.  The Promising Practices initiative showcases “high-quality education practices and wrap-around services in communities throughout the state.”

The selected practices are shared with educators and publicly acknowledged across the state.

This time around, Indianapolis’s very own Emerson Elementary School was recognized for its “Peer Models for Students with Autism” practice.
